Eligibility for Returns

Return Request Timeline

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

How to Request a Return

  2. Attach clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  4. Once approved, ship the item back to the designated return address.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer:

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery if the item meets our return eligibility criteria.


Shipping Charges
